using coffee sourced from Elixr Coffee Roasters, our goal is to showcase the finest coffee,
emphasizing craftsmanship, care, and expertise in every cup.
We’re seeking a passionate, skilled Barista who excels in specialized brewing methods, with
a particular emphasis on pour-over techniques. If you’re excited about creating exceptional

Role Requirements:
- Proven barista experience with a deep understanding of espresso, milk texturing, and
advanced brewing methods (pour-over, drip).
- Proficiency with manual espresso machines and grinders.
- A strong desire to learn about coffee sourcing and production, with the ability to share this
knowledge with customers.
- Self-motivated and eager to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean, efficient, and well-stocked workspace.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build community connections and
enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to the highest standards.
- Educate customers on our coffee offerings, making thoughtful recommendations.
- Maintain coffee inventory and supplies, ensuring the bar is organized and well-stocked.
- Deliver consistent drink quality while engaging warmly with customers.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience. ($13-15/hr + tips)
- Full-time position with store hours from 7 am to 3 pm. (4-5 shifts per week)
