Key Responsibilities:
Expediter:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders from the kitchen to the dining area.
- Maintain clear communication between the kitchen staff and servers.
- Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Server:
- Provide attentive and personalized service to our residents.
- Take orders, serve meals, and ensure resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Cook:
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all dishes are cooked to the proper specifications and meet our high standards of quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
