We are looking for a Line Cook/Prep Cook who can meet the needs of our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate for this position is a professional who is willing to learn and help this restaurant in any way possible. Our Line Cook/Prep Cook will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes and ensuring that our customers have the best dining experience possible.
Responsibilities:
Follow directions accurately and quickly.
Prepare food in a timely manner.
Understand menu prices and portion sizes.
Have knowledge of food safety laws and procedures.
Perform basic restaurant maintenance duties, including sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, cleaning, stocking supplies and utensils, and cleaning the outside of the building.
Follow standard operating procedures.
Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
