Jaspers backyard located in Conshohocken is seeking an EXPIRENCED line cook
days needed: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday NIGHTS Friday and Sunday MORNINGS (the days are non negotiable)
nights are 2pm-9:30pm, mornings are 8am-4pm
Tuesday night is grill position, Wednesday and Thursday pantry, Friday is an opening shift working grill with one other line cook, Sunday is a brunch pantry shift. Once established, learning the other stations is an option, as most of my line cooks know every station.
Applicant must have reliable and dependable transportation, the bus and train are not reliable for leaving at the end of the shift at night.
Applicant must have at least 5 years of consistent, from scratch, kitchen experience. This is not a position available to someone who does not have experience or lack of consistency.
must be able to cook proteins to temp, good communication with the other line cooks, knowing timing on turn out, the ability to always find something to do, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
