South St. restaurant is looking for fry cooks and cooks for brunch and dinner service. Must have prior fry cook/cook experience and the ability to work as a team.
Fry cook duties include:
Keeping a clean and organized workstation
Prepare food items according to recipes and specifications
Operating deep fryers, grills, oven and other kitchen equipment
Portioning and arranging food items prior to serving
Cook duties include:
Knowledge of various cooking techniques
Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications
Setting up workstation with all needed ingredients
Good communication skills
Able to follow sanitation standards
