The Saloon Restaurant is looking for a full time Sous Chef with a minimum of 5 years experience in making a variety of Italian dishes, soups, pastas, sauces, seafood, & steaks. Must have a passion for training others, attention to detail, preparation, taste, & presentation is a must. Flavor & seasoning is important.
Attitude is just as important as talent.
