We are located in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania and are looking for “seasoned” kitchen professionals to join our staff. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as the ability to lead others is a must. Our Line Cooks will follow the direction of our Chefs to prepare dishes that will delight our guests!

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks
Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
Enjoy providing great hospitality
Qualifications:
Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
Good sense of taste and smell
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
