Responsibilities:
- Busboy:
As a Busboy, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Clearing and resetting tables promptly to prepare for incoming guests.
2. Removing used utensils, plates, and glassware efficiently and discreetly.
3. Maintaining cleanliness in dining areas by sweeping and mopping floors regularly.
4. Attentively refilling water glasses and other beverages as needed.
5. Assisting in basic preparation tasks, such as rolling silverware and setting tables.
6. Providing attentive and responsive customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
7. Following strict health and safety guidelines to uphold a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
Food Runner:
As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of food service from the kitchen to the dining area. Your duties will include:
1. Ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is presented correctly and matches the order ticket.
2. Delivering food orders to the correct tables promptly and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of the dishes.
3. Communicating effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure orders are accurate and timely.
4. Assisting in garnishing and plating dishes as needed to ensure they are visually appealing.
5. Double-check orders for accuracy before delivering them to guests to prevent any mistakes.
6. Providing excellent customer service by answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.
7. Collaborating closely with servers to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
8. Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines to ensure that food is handled and served safely at all times.
Qualifications:

Schedule:
Candidates must be able to work a minimum of three days per week, either during the morning shift (11:30 am - 4:30 pm) or the night shift (4:00 pm until closing). The kitchen closes at 9:30 pm from Monday to Thursday and at 10:30 pm from Friday to Sunday. Closing duties are typically completed within 30 minutes after kitchen closure. The schedule is crafted based on the availability of all employees and is updated on a bi-weekly basis.
Payment Information:
Our payroll operates on a semi-monthly basis, covering the periods from the 1st to the 15th and the 16th to the end of the month.
Payday falls on the 20th and the 5th of each month.
Cash tips are split among on-shift employees, while credit card tips are included in wages and disbursed with paychecks.
