Roles will include:
- Hiring, Scheduling and managing labor costs
- Prepping and executing food during service
- Working with our culinary team at Defined Hospitality to continue to grow our food program
- Managing a small BOH team
- Managing food costs and inventory
- Receiving orders for the week, storing correctly, keeping the BOH organized
- Responsible for: planning food prep, quality control, maintaining health department standards, making sure the BOH is clean and up to code at all times
Requirements:
- 1 year in a BOH management role
