Do you thrive in a bustling environment and love connecting with guests? Our 45-seat Italian restaurant and bar is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic FOH Bartender/Server to join our team!
Job Requirements:
Hours: 40 hours per week; Sunday availability is essential.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years bartending experience with a background in specialty cocktails and Italian wines. Prior experience in a high-volume environment is a must.
Skills: Ability to work cleanly and efficiently, excellent teamwork, and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities: Create a memorable dining experience for guests, uphold a high standard of service, and maintain a professional restaurant image.
This role also includes serving and assisting behind the counter with coffee and desserts.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role. Practical experience combined with relevant education is a plus.
Systems: Familiarity with ALOHA preferred. Experience with OpenTable is also a plus.
Languages: Speaking Spanish and/or Italian is an advantage.
Location: Must be based in Philadelphia.
