Seeking a FOH EXPERIENCED SERVER for 45 seat Italian restaurant
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
35-40 hour work week
EXPERIENCED Server that has previous experience in a high volume environment. We're looking for a Server that works clean, works amazingly well with others and demonstrates a passion for the industry.
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience and a consistently high level of service is provided
Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper staff uniforms, and appearance standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of two years experience required
A combination of practical experience and education a plus
Prior experience with ALOHA preferred
Speaking Spanish and or Italian is a plus
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing
Pleasant, polite manner and a neat and clean appearance
A strong attention to detail and ambiance
Experience with Aloha and OpenTable
Lives in Philadelphia.
Hourly Wage of $12 an hour plus tips
1 week paid vacation after 6 months working
