Great customer service skills.-Good sense of humor, down to earth personality, and a go with the flow attitude:)-Strong work ethic.-Experience in food prep and a working knowledge of food safety standards (a plus).-The ability to multi task and think on your toes when times are busy (and keep busy when things are quiet).-The ability to lift heavy produce, cases can be up to 50lbs.-A clean and organized self-starter who takes pride in his/her own work. (We don't wish to micro manage or babysit)-Team player who works well with others and independently in a fast paced environment.-Are able to take direction and criticism, (without issue)-Flexible availability, most Saturdays are required.-Honest, reliable, and flexible as we grow and change.-Reliable transportation.-An interest in healthy living and eating, and the desire to learn and do some research about things we offer (knowledge of juicing a plus).ResponsibilitiesTasks may include but are not limited to:-Food Prep (ServSafe a plus, but not required for all positions)-Preparing made to order juices, smoothies, and foods. Prep fruits & veggies.-Customer service (with a smile).-Taking orders/ cash register-Cleaning for yourself and other team members is a very regular part of the day, we work as a team to do what needs to be done. (if you can't willingly and automatically clean, don't apply)-Willing to adhere to all Covid-19 restrictions.The Real-20-30+ hours per week, (3-5 days).We are a small family run business (not corporate). As we grow things may change, so flexibility and a go with the flow attitude is a must. We believe in a relaxed (in spirit), fun, but productive environment (the work is fast paced normally).We operate with a small crew, and can't have bad attitudes and drama, call outs. Reliability, honesty, maturity, a good sense of humor, and general good peoples is a must. We laugh a lot and work hard together.We love and appreciate our customers, and our mission is to provide quality and healthy options to the community. The majority of our customer base comes because they want to better themselves, we are here to support those goals.We need a couple motivated people to join our family.We are closed Sundays.Benefits: Accrued time off.
