Responsibilities/Requirements include:
Ensuring safe preparation and handling of food both on and off premise
Compliance with all sanitation and health and safety standards
Comfortable with handling and prepping proteins in large quantities
Reporting for work in a timely fashion and prepared for the day
Contributing to our overall goal of success daily
Maintaining a clean workspace and clean food storage areas
Problem solving capabilities and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
2+ years experience preferred
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Chef
Have a solid understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, kitchen equipment
This position requires bending, stooping, lifting, continuous standing or walking
