Seeking Line Cook with weekend availability & experience in high volume restaurant. General knife skill is strongly preferred, must be able to execute prep, follow recipe step by step and keep your station clean and organized. We are looking for dedicated team members who are passionate about food, learning and growing with us.
FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING DAY/NIGHT SHIFTS AND WEEKENDS IS A MUST.
Qualification:
-Energetic and professional team player with a positive, willing to learn attitude
-Able to Multi-task in a fast paced environment
-Ability to communicate effectively
-Knife skills :Butchering of meat, fish, and poultry a plus
-Ability to walk and stand for the entirety of a shift.
-Must be able to move, carry, and lift at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
-Prepare food for guests.
-Plate dishes according to standards set.
-Adhere to proper attire grooming, and hygiene standards.
-Arrive to each scheduled shift on time, in proper attire, and ready to work.
-Assist other stations or areas of the restaurant when requested by management.
-Clean and organized working habits with attention to detail
-Follow health codes set by city
-Control food waste
-Put away product delivery and organize
