SHIFT MANAGER / HEAD COOK : (DINNER + LATE NIGHT)
- More than 10 years of experience in a Pizza Restaurant across different cooking stations - Pizza, Grill, Fryer, Pasta
- Master Pizza maker
- Ability to coach other cooks / team members
- Experience with POS systems
- Excellent interpersonal, managerial and customer service skills
- Must be RELIABLE, HONEST and DEPENDABLE
- Weekly Salary and Bonus - Target yearly Total compensation $100,000.00 (One hundred thousand)
ABSOLUTE NECESARY REQUIREMENT:
- More than 10 years of experience in a fast pace Pizza Restaurant
- Either have owned a Pizza Restaurant or Managed a Pizza restaurant with expansive menu for at least 5 years (experience managing chain restaurants like Pizza Hut / Domino's not considered)
- Master Pizza maker
- Strong network with people in Pizza business. Ability to bring in more associates / employees as necessary.
