118 North is a restaurant, bar and live music club in Wayne, PA. Located at 118 N. Wayne Ave on Philadelphia’s Main Line, the venue features innovative Americana cuisine and high quality cocktails and brews, along with world class musical talent taking the stage each week.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order taking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interactions
- Ability to work well within a team
