Eccentric Bar / Nightclub / Restaurant in the heart of Fishtown / Northern Liberties is looking for intelligent, enthusiastic, dependable, trustworthy, quick on their feet, PART-TIME Bartenders to join our team.
We’re honestly looking for someone to fill in last-minute shift coverage, when needed. Someone we can depend on, that is Extremely experienced and understands the ebb and flow of the bar/ restaurant business. This position can transition into full-time, if desired and warranted.
MUST be RAMP Certified. MUST have experience BARTENDING in high-volume bar /or restaurant.
Great Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks that exceed customers’ expectations, while also versed in suggesting a good drink to pair with a meal.
Must have:
Experience bartending in HIGH-VOLUME bar/restaurant
Fun Personality, Friendliness, and ability to Engage with customers
Strong work ethic
Knowledge of spirits and beers
Money management skills
Quick learning skills
Know Toast POS systems
Willingness to help co-workers
Flexible Hours
Availability to work late hours
RAMP Certification (ServSafe certification also a plus)
Compensation includes: hourly salary and tips. Cashed out shift pay for last-minute coverage
