La Delicatesse is a family owned, local small business that has provided fresh, homemade prepared foods at the Lancaster County Farmers Market since 1982. We are looking for someone to join our team who is dependable and professional; someone who is looking to give our guests a great shopping experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
o Help with stand set up and breakdown
o Product preparation
o Greet and assist guests in an engaging and professional manner
o Answer guest questions and address any concerns
o Wash dishes, clean cases and light cleaning of the stand
o Maintain knowledge of all products and handle all transactions with accuracy
o Maintain monthly employee work schedule
o Communicate inventory information
