Plumber Technician is needed with A to Z Family Business, we're a local construction company based in the Phoenixville area. Our team consists of licensed electricians, carpenters, drywall technicians, handypeople and now we're looking to add a plumber to our team.
One of our tag lines is that "we do the small jobs other contractors walk away from" and that's also the case with plumbing. The majority of our jobs entail things like mixing valves for showers, toilets, vanity replacements, tub replacements, etc.
We're a bit different than most companies, we require either restaurant experience or retail/customer service experience to join our team. Our founder was from the restaurant industry and realized quickly that the soft skills learned in these area's directly align with our core values. We have five core values,

While we're looking for some "hard skills" in the plumbing aspect we're not looking for a master plumber or someone with decades of experience, we're looking for someone handy that can understand the basics and work involved with doing plumbing work.
