Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as prep cook or similar role within the food service industry
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Familiarity with culinary techniques. Skills test required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Time management skills
- Experience in catering
Responsibilities:
-Prepare Ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Assist in cooking and preparing various dishes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and utensils
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience and skills
