We're seeking a fulltime (40 hour minimum) passionate Pizza Maker to join our staff, making top quality Artisan Roman Style Pizza.
Basic cooking experience and SERIOUS INTEREST in LEARNING about pizza and dough is required, however we will train a promising candidate.
Successful candidates must be RELIABLE and RESPONSIBLE, ORGANIZED, able to work both, independently and as part of a friendly and supportive team.
Must be able to present yourself well in an open kitchen and consistently keep kitchen and prep area clean.
Knowledge of Italian palate and dough, starters are pluses.
