Weekend availability is a must. You should possess the ability to work well with both front of house and back of house staff, the ability to vocalize order details, take orders from managers, have a sense of urgency, able to multitask, master the knowledge of the menu. Foodrunning is a prerequisite for a serving job in our restaurants.
