We are seeking professional Wait Staff and Team Leaders with fine dining experience for our fine dining restaurant located in New Hope PA. Are you an individual with passion, an eye for detail and interest in upscale, local, seasonal cuisine? Our working environment is professional but maintains that small business feeling.
Requirements/Responsibilities
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have some experience at a fine dining establishment.
- Warm and outgoing personality and a passion for food and customer service.
- Must have a commitment to deliver a unique and memorable guest experience.
- Punctual, patient, and mindful.
- Good understanding of our cuisine.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Great team player.
- The ability to multitask and work well in a hospitality environment.
- Fluent in English
- Must have or be able obtain a valid food handler card within the first 30 days.
- Must be able to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required.
- Basic POS/computer skills

Prior experience as server, waiter, waitress, wait staff, runner, or other FOH part time restaurant job is required.

Meadowlark Restaurant is a smart-casual restaurant located in New Hope, PA. Chef Rodger Marsh serves upscale, seasonally-inspired American cuisine. With Co-owner and sister, Kate Short, their community-focused establishment offers an authentic and tasteful dining experience.
Originally from Kansas, Rodger and Kate chose the Meadowlark, a bird commonly found in the prairies and farmlands of the Midwest, as a tribute to their home state and the rich bounty that our local farmers and purveyors produce. Old folklore told that hearing a Meadowlarks song brings good news of abundance and impending harvest.
The restaurants changing menu is inspired by the season, focusing on local, sustainable, seasonal produce and sustainable seafood, poultry and grass-fed meats. The comfortable yet modern dining room has become both a neighborhood favorite and a gourmet, day-trippers destination.
