Wanted: Servers who are leaders! Candidate must have a focus on customer service and sales with a winning personality. The attention to detail and the ability to handle a high-volume of café sales independently is a must. This is a 4 day a week position (36 Hrs) you will make $23-$27 per hour -must be available on weekends, your day will end at 6:30 pm
This is a hands-on position with responsibilities that include (but are not limited to) engaging potential customers; describing food to customers; ringing up sales; assisting co-workers with guest sales; cleaning café areas and maintaining organization within the cafe at all times. We are Beck's Cajun Cafe in the iconic Reading Terminal in center city Philadelphia. We are a fun, fast, and a team focused cafe that has an open kitchen and is very, very busy! We seat 24 guests and do a large volume of take out. Good and timely judgment and the ability to prioritize are a must. This is a great growth opportunity for a goal-oriented individual. We hire our shift leaders and managers from with-in the organization.
