Job Title: Shift Leader
We are hiring for full and part-time positions for our scoop shop located at the King of Prussia Mall.
The pace is fast and the environment is friendly. We’re looking for people who are outgoing and who take initiative, naturally curious, and are energized by providing stellar customer service.
Some of the job requirements include:
- Friendly customer service
- Offering curious passer-byers samples of our scooped ice cream and ice cream sandwiches to increase brand awareness
- Ability to talk about our product to new and existing customers
- Give constructive criticism to other scoopers regarding open/close task and activities
- Inventory of product and supplies
- Inform customers about our ice cream
- Cleaning and maintaining a sparkling environment
- Cash register operation
- Opening and closing work
- Weekly side work
- Ability to work nights and weekends (we operate mall hours)
