Sous Chef Wanted…The right person for this position will have a focus on the details! Quality, Taste, Cleanliness, Organization and Timeliness. We are a totally from scratch café in the Reading Terminal Market at 12th &Arch in center city Philadelphia. We are Beck's Cajun Café- We are a "Best of Philly" winner serving the best Po Boys, gumbos and more- 7 days a week! We have mostly daytime and early evening hours as we are predominantly a breakfast and lunch Café. Responsibilities are line cooking, prepping, and bulk food production. Good knife skills are a necessity. All holidays off and paid vacation time after a year of full-time employment. Full time Hours Available! Experience necessary, the willingness to learn and a personal sense of urgency is essential for consideration.
