A growing multi-unit restaurant group in Philadelphia is seeking experienced Sous Chefs and Line Cooks for its brand-new locations. We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles, a strong culinary foundation, and a passion for teamwork and leadership.

Sous Chefs will play a key role in kitchen management, supporting the Executive Chef in daily operations. This role involves leading a team of cooks, collaborating with talented chefs to develop innovative dishes, and ensuring consistency in presentation and preparation across all menu items.

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to established recipes and standards, working closely with the kitchen team to uphold quality and consistency. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is essential.
