Were hiring an experienced line cook to help the BOH team ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis.
Ideal Experience:
Strong knife skills are a must
Able to learn quickly and constantly improve
Basic math skills as it pertains to portioning and waste management
Ability to work cleanly and efficiently with attention to detail while following DOH standards
A strong sense of urgency and strong communication skills
Team work ethics
Experience working in a fast paced and high energy environment
Must possess thoroughness and time management skills
