Server & Bartenders Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of professional bartending or serving experience
- Punctuality and timeliness
- Commitment to keeping the bar clean and organized before, during, and after service
- Positive interactions with guests and colleagues
- Experience at craft cocktail restaurants or bars/lounges
- Creativity and knowledge of beverage management and cost controls
- Adherence to company guidelines on mixers, organization, and LCB standards Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable
- Answering questions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences
-Mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages according to recipes and customer requests
- Checking identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
- Processing payments, providing itemized bills, and handling cash or credit transactions accurately
- Responding to guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Collaborating with team members and assisting others as needed to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelines
