In search of a caregiver for my disabled mother. Looking for someone professional, respectful and punctual. Must have experience using a hoyer lift to help get her in out of bed because she’s unable to do it on her own. Looking for a woman over 35 years old. Has to be a woman because bathing and changing clothes/diapers will be involved.
Morning shift. Hours to be discussed later but the shift will most likely be in the 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm timeframe.
If qualified, my mother would hire you as a consumer hire caregiver through her Home Health Care Agency. You’d be paid by the agency. They’ll handle all the paperwork. My mother hasn’t been able to get reliable workers from her agency for the day shift. I’ll be reading and replying to the emails and my mother will be conducting the phone interviews and making the decision on who she hires. I’m just helping with the ad because my mother is not too computer or tech savvy.
Pay ranges from $15-17 hourly. 40 hour work week with potential for overtime. Job location is in Eastwick Southwest Philly near Island Avenue and Lindbergh Boulevard. Close to the Airport and I-95 South. Close to Delaware County. Car preferred but not necessary.
Close to public transportation. Route 36,37, and 108.
