We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes in the Lansdale, Quakertown and Ambler areas. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare settings, including home care.
Duties may include:
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, lifting and mobility support
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are followed
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in client condition
Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry.
Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety
