Busy dental office is looking for a bright , energetic and outgoing indiviual to do check in at our dental patient this task involves
-greeting the patients with a smile and positive attitude
- inputting patient data
-collecting patient ID cards
-scanning paperwork in
-collecting patient copay
-sending registration forms to patient
- calling next day patients to remind them of their appointments
- schedueling patient appointment
-problem solving
on down time you maybe given other task related to administrative duties , this position requires you to be energetic and very positive as you are the first person who greets the patient , having a very outgoing attitude is strongly needed.
