Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. ## Duties - Manage and lead the nursing staff to provide exceptional patient care - Review and update documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance - Coordinate nursing administration activities and procedures - Oversee nursing services in various settings such as assisted living, Medicare facilities, and home health agencies - Utilize anatomy knowledge to guide medical decisions and treatments - Maintain and manage medical records efficiently - Implement effective shift management strategies to optimize nursing operations ## Requirements - Proven experience in a nursing leadership role - Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and guidelines - Familiarity with Medicare regulations and requirements - Experience in assisted living or home health settings is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in documentation review and quality assurance processes
