We are seeking a reliable and responsible Home Health Aides (HHA) or CNA, part time/full time, 18 and older, retirees welcome in the Lower Bucks County and N.E. Philly area to become part of our team. You will provide personal care and support of daily living and activities for individualswithin the client's home.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathingand dressingpatients, ADL's,
Light housekeeping, shopping, transportation
Meal prep
Qualifications:
Experience in hospice,home health, or other related fields
Driver's License and personal transportation a plus
Dementia Training a plus
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload
