I am posting here today with the hopes of reaching a Community Education & Outreach Professional for very part time flexible work.
I am looking for a nurse, social worker, occupational therapy assistant, physical therapy assistant, or other allied health professional who is passionate about helping older adults live well at home.
I am looking for that type of a person who enjoys connecting with people, educating families, and representing meaningful healthcare services in the community.
About the role & key responsibilities
Deliver short, engaging presentations to doctor offices, assisted living and independent living communities about our disease-specific care programs.
Meet with potential clients and family members to educate them about our services and support a smooth onboarding process.
Collaborate closely with our operations and management team to ensure the highest quality of care delivery in the community.
You would work with us 1-3 days a week a few hours a day. You will have an assistant who will help set some of the presentation appointments. You will just have to show up and educate doctor's offices, retirement communities, health care facilities and social groups.
