Responsibilities
Assist orthodontists during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for various orthodontic treatments.
Manage patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Take X-rays as needed for diagnostic purposes.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Schedule appointments and follow up with patients regarding their treatment plans.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinical area to ensure a safe environment for patients.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental clinic or orthodontic setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while providing compassionate care to patients.
