Requirements:
Must be legal to work // have working papers
High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid in-state driver’s license, if never than 2022 must have proof of residency in PA (old license, taxes, utility bill.)
Must be over 21 years old
Must be willing to get Tuberculosis screening or already have it (we pay for it)
Female Caregiver preferred
Lives near 19121 or has reliable transportation (train leaves you very close)
Case Details:
Night Shift
9 hours per day/ 12hrs Sat
Wed,Thurs, Fri 10pm-7am Saturday 7pm-7am
Participant is in a wheelchair, must be able to assist transferring person.
$16 per hour // Full Time with Benefits
Caregiver Job Responsibilities:
Assists resident with activities of daily living, including:
Dressing
Grooming
Light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Activities according to the individual service plan.
Caregiver Qualifications/Skills:
Health promotion and maintenance
Creating a safe, effective environment
Legal compliance
Bedside manner
Medical teamwork
Promoting mental health
Pain management
Listening, analyzing information, and focusing on quality
Physical ability to reach with hands and arms; climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and lift up to 50 lbs. while avoiding potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents.
