Practice Manager

We are currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Practice Manager to join our growing practice. This is a new leadership position and an opportunity for a qualified individual to build the role from the ground up. The Practice Manager will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring excellent patient care, and achieving our financial goals.

Job Skills and Requirements:

- A confident self-starter with a desire to empower others, effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Manage client experience: Maintain the philosophy for attracting new patients and retaining old patients, address patient questions, issues, and complaints, and assist with all aspects of patient care.

- Manage flow of office: Check in on patients to ensure they are being seen in a timely manner, develop strategies to maximize efficiency, and review the schedule daily, making changes as needed.

Our office hours include mornings, afternoons, and evenings, depending on the day. Must be available to work Monday 11:00 am-7:00 pm, Wednesday 7:30 am-4:00 pm, every other Thursday 7:30 am-2:00 pm, and Fridays 7:30 am-4:00 pm with optional additional hours. No weekends or holidays needed.

Must have a friendly, welcoming personality, exceptional customer service skills, outgoing personality, and be comfortable presenting treatment plans and selling products and services in the office. Looking for someone long term.
