Our client, a reputable bank, is seeking an experienced and organized HR Administrative Assistant to support the full HR Organization.
The HR Administrative Assistant will be eager to learn and willing to assist wherever is needed. The HR Administrative Assistant will be sharp and able to handle many tasks. This position will be temporary for a few months.
Responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant:
Onboarding and termination process, including paperwork, background check, drug testing
Entering new-hire information and processing terminations into ADP WorkforceNow
Maintaining HR files and records
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Provide any additional administrative duties as needed
Qualifications for the HR Administrative Assistant:
At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience or a combination of education and relevant work experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Initiative to learn and apply new concepts
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is highly preferred
Atrium Care package available, upon eligibility
