To support the Company's outstanding growth, we are seeking an IT Recruiting Administrator.Job Responsibilities:Source and screen resumes, and provide recommendations for further candidate discussion & follow upSchedule phone interviews with qualified candidatesAssist hiring managers in scheduling candidate interviewsPost job openings with on-line job boards & other lead generation sourcesConduct candidate phone interviews as requestedMaintain candidate database including applicant tracking detailsAssist in formulating & executing sourcing plans to meet recruitment needsAssist sites as needed to formulate sourcing plans to meet their staffing needsAssist with generating recruitment activity reportsParticipate in special projects as needed.Job Requirements:Demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentialityWilling and able to perform any and all duties assignedEnsure a sense of urgency exists when projects are assigned and deadlines are metCreate strong, positive internal and external customer relationsTroubleshoot and problem solve to meet assigned deadlinesDemonstrate professionalism, leadership and motivational skillsPro-active, self drivenStrong verbal and written communication and consulting skillsAbility to focus with precision & coordinate several tasks simultaneously with accuracy and follow-throughAbility to adapt to consistent changing prioritiesProficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Internet Research ToolsStrong organizational skills, ability to prioritize & high attention to detailDemonstrate a professional attitude and appearanceAbility to cold call via phoneWe are an equal opportunity employer.
