Horticulturist / Professional Gardener
Starting at minimum $20/hr | Exton, PA (Main Line & Surrounding Areas)
Versa Services is seeking passionate, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our professional garden team. We work closely with select clients, providing high-quality, personalized garden care. This is a long-term opportunity for individuals who want to grow with our company and develop their skills in horticulture.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and enhance gardens by planting, pruning, weeding, composting, mulching, and other gardening tasks.
Operate, inspect, and maintain a variety of horticultural tools and machinery.
Report daily with project updates and concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and co-workers.
Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.).
Physical Requirements
Comfortable working outdoors in varying climates.
Able to bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
Minimum Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License with a decent driving record.
A strong desire and passion to grow horticulturally
Strong communication skills and professional client interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
