We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Lead to oversee a small cleaning crew (4-5 people) at a mixed-use building (office and manufacturing) in Hatfield, PA.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Pay:
$15 - $16 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily cleaning tasks to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the building.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or additional needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning or related work preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Bi-lingual preferred but not required.
