Cleaning position available, must be able to push 75+ pounds
Sweep, mop, and vacuum all common area floors (lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and elevators).
Dust and wipe surfaces, including railings, mailboxes, window sills, and baseboards.
Clean and polish glass doors, windows, and mirrors.
Empty trash bins and replace liners in common areas; transport waste to designated collection points.
Remove litter and debris from entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas.
Restroom & Facility Maintenance
Clean and sanitize public restrooms (sinks, toilets, urinals, floors, mirrors).
Refill supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels.
Report plumbing or fixture issues to maintenance promptly.
Lobby & Common Area Care
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, reception, and lounge areas.
Wipe down furniture, counters, and light fixtures.
Clean entry mats and ensure floors are dry and safe.
Keep bulletin boards and signage areas neat and up to date.
6am-2:30PM Monday - Saturday
