Job Summary
Part time Professional Cleaning Technician servicing residential and commercial accounts. Cleaning technicians will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. The role involves performing a range of cleaning tasks to ensure that all areas are kept clean, sanitary, and orderly.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and Maintenance: High & low dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, tiding, etc. Disinfection and cleaning of restrooms, kitchens and other areas of homes, including various areas in commercial facility areas.
Sanitation: Ensuring all surfaces are sanitized to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
Routine Inspections: Performing and documenting, cleaning check lists, routine inspections and daily activities.
Special Projects: Carrying out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects as needed.
Supply Management: Stocking and maintaining supply rooms, and notifying management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
Health and Safety: Following all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements and Skills
Experience: Proven working experience as a cleaner is a bonus but not required.
Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and supplies. Knowledge of metal, wood and stone care a plus but not required.
Physical Stamina: Ability to handle heavy equipment and perform physically demanding tasks.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring no spot is missed and every area is thoroughly cleaned.
Integrity: High level of integrity and reliability.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
