10+ Years Experience Required – Concrete Finisher – $300/day – Philadelphia (Dependable Concrete LLC)
Description:
Dependable Concrete LLC, a small, well-established concrete contractor in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a highly experienced Concrete Finisher for part-time, as-needed work.
We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of hands-on concrete finishing experience who is skilled at large pours and takes pride in their work. Reliability, efficiency, and top-quality results are a must. Projects include driveways, walkways, patios, steps, and basement floors.
This is a part-time, on-call position — you will be scheduled only when projects require additional help.
Responsibilities:
Smooth, level, and finish freshly poured concrete, including large-scale pours
Set forms, grade surfaces, and apply finishing techniques (trowel, broom, stamp, etc.)
Repair and resurface existing concrete as needed
Work safely and maintain a clean job site
Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a concrete finisher
Proven skill and speed on large pours
Mastery of tools, materials, and finishing techniques
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a crew
Own transportation to and from job sites
Pay:
$300 per day – paid at the end of each workday
Schedule:
Part-time, on-call – you will be contacted when your skills are needed
Most work is Monday–Friday, occasional weekends possible
