About the Role
Pohlig Homes, a premier custom home builder, is seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Laborer to support jobsite operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Project Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent to keep projects running efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized jobsite.
- Move, unload, and stage materials and equipment as needed.
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools.
- Follow daily task lists and assist in executing construction plans.
- Install temporary protections to safeguard finished work.
- Communicate progress, needs, and issues promptly with site leadership.
- Work collaboratively with team members and trade partners.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior construction experience is a plus — willingness to learn and work hard is essential.
- Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors in all weather.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
