Hours: Full-Time, Standard 40 hour week (Monday–Friday) with occasional weekends and early mornings as needed.

Responsibilities
Professionally clean awnings at our facility, located in Ardmore, PA.
Perform professional awning cleaning and pressure washing at residential and commercial properties
Assist in seasonal takedown and re-hang services for canopy awnings
Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently
Assist with setup, breakdown, and transport of cleaning equipment and supplies
Work independently or as part of a crew to complete jobs on time
Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company’s reputation for quality service
Qualifications
3+ years pressure washing or house soft washing experience required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or elevated platforms
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Willingness to work occasional weekends and early mornings as needed
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Willing to train qualified individuals
