Working foreman or Laborer, to team up with a crew for a concrete floor coating company. English speaking is necessary to communicate with owner and customers. Experience is a big plus or knowledge of concrete floors as well, but we are willing to train the right individual(s). You will be assigned a job or sometimes two jobs per day based on square footage of job. Job requires running a large floor grinder, hand grinders and the ability to install our floor coating system. You will have a truck and trailer that you will operate from on a daily basis. Team is typically a 2 man team but sometimes larger based on how big the job is. Must have clean background and drivers license. Background check will be performed before hiring. Our floor coating system can be installed all year long so during winter months we still will have jobs to perform but less than spring summer and fall. You will be paid based of installs or a hourly pay based on sizes of jobs. Foreman will make approximately $1,000 to $1,500 per week and laborers will make $800 to $1200 per week. Some weeks you make more and some weeks slightly less based on load of jobs.
Travel to jobs is in a pickup truck pulling a 18 foot long trailer.
