Are you passionate about working outdoors and have experience in tree care? We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled Groundsman to join our team at Executive Branch Tree Services! We are a family owned and operated company and treat all employees like family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with tree pruning, removal, and maintenance tasks.
- Operate chainsaws, chipper and dump truck and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform rigging tasks to lower branches and logs safely.
- Maintain and care for tools and equipment.
- Ensure job sites are clean and safe.
Requirements:
-Must be willing to learn and show up daily in uniform with work boots and proper safety equipment such as helmet. Helmets are not supplied. Uniform is company shirt with work pants. $25 will be deducted from first pay for shirt and reimbursed after 30 day probation period. Additional shirts can be purchased for $25 but proper attire is required.
- Experience using chainsaws and rigging equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift 50+ lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
-Must be able to pass a drug test.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
-knowledge of rigging, proper knots, etc
-Valid Driver’s License
