We are looking for a skilled and reliable handyman to assist with various repair and maintenance tasks around our property. The ideal candidate will have experience in a range of handyman services and be able to handle both minor and more complex jobs. Candiate will also help in our yard loading and unloading equipment.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
Fix minor structural issues, including drywall repairs and painting.
Assemble furniture, install fixtures, and handle other improvement projects.
Loading and Unloading Construction Equipment
Changing Tires
Jump Starting Equipment
Changing Batteries
Forklift and machinery operating experience is a plus but not required.
Must have a clean driving record.
